A controlled, step by step process that transforms industrial waste into valuable resources
From Slag to Liberated Value
How It Works
Transforming Slag into Value Through Resonance Driven Liberation
PulseWave Gold applies a precise, physics based recovery process to unlock valuable by products from industrial slag. Rather than relying on conventional crushing or grinding, the PulseWave system uses controlled resonance to liberate materials efficiently and selectively.
Transforming slag into Gold with Precision Particle Control.
The Recovery Process
How valuable by products are liberated from slag material
The proprietary and patented PulseWave Technology operates on the principle of Natural Resonance Disintegration. This process reduces particle size through the application of resonance, shock waves, and vortex generated shearing forces rather than traditional impact based milling methods.
Unlike conventional grinding processes, PulseWave Technology enables selective differential fragmentation of particles within complex multi-phase materials. In the case of slag, this allows individual component materials to separate naturally from the composite structure, enabling gold, precious metals, and rare earth elements to be liberated and prepared for downstream separation.
Step
1
Controlled material introduction
Raw slag material is introduced into the PulseWave NRD Mill at controlled rotational speeds. This process step liberates the valuable elements from the slag by applying incremental resonance energy rather than forceful impact.
Step
2
Screening and size optimization
The processed material is screened to capture particles at the ideal mesh size after which they move to the next processing stage. This step is critical in preparing the material for optimal recovery of precious metals and rare earth elements.
Step
3
Concentration and separation
The liberated material is processed using water and gravity tables along with wave tables to produce an enriched concentrate. This concentrate forms the basis for downstream recovery processes, including the production of Doré gold bars and other valuable products.

Precision Particle Control
Engineered liberation from start to finish
By combining resonance physics with controlled processing stages, PulseWave Technology enables precise particle control throughout the recovery process. This approach maximizes material liberation while minimizing energy waste and material loss.
The result is an efficient, scalable, and repeatable recovery system designed to unlock value from industrial slag with precision and consistency.
From slag to opportunity
PulseWave Gold’s recovery process represents a modern, disciplined approach to resource recovery, transforming overlooked industrial by-products into valuable outputs through intelligent material liberation.
