How valuable by products are liberated from slag material

The proprietary and patented PulseWave Technology operates on the principle of Natural Resonance Disintegration. This process reduces particle size through the application of resonance, shock waves, and vortex generated shearing forces rather than traditional impact based milling methods.

Unlike conventional grinding processes, PulseWave Technology enables selective differential fragmentation of particles within complex multi-phase materials. In the case of slag, this allows individual component materials to separate naturally from the composite structure, enabling gold, precious metals, and rare earth elements to be liberated and prepared for downstream separation.
